⭐ Main Level

• Bedroom: King bedroom with a private bathroom and playful retro Western-inspired details. Comfortable for adults while still carrying the colorful, nostalgic personality found throughout Color Haus. Smart TV and desk workspace.

• Kitchen: Fully equipped for group meals with a Keurig, drip coffee maker, cookware, dishes, utensils, and essential kitchen supplies. We provide a starter supply of coffee pods, teas, and sweeteners while stocked in basic seasonings, oil, flour and sugar.

• Dining Area: A spacious dining table and additional island seating give the whole group room to eat, play games, and spend time together without anyone feeling separated from the action.

• Living Room: An open, colorful gathering space with comfortable seating, a smart TV, and an electric fireplace. It is the natural landing spot after a day at Silver Dollar City, Table Rock Lake, or exploring Branson.

• Outdoor Patio: Step outside to enjoy café lights, outdoor seating & dining, giant Connect 4, and peaceful Ozark surroundings. It is a relaxing spot for morning coffee, family conversations, or winding down in the evening.

⭐ Upper Level

• Bedroom: A king bedroom filled with cheerful color, playful banana-inspired details, and one of the home’s signature photo moments. Smart TV. Shared bathroom.

• Bunk Room: Five twin beds, including custom triple-high bunks, plus a slide, rock climb wall, basketball hoop, and elevated play area. Shared bathroom. This is more than a place to sleep—it is one of the experiences kids will talk about long after the trip ends.

⭐ Lower Level

• Bedroom: A queen bed, a twin treehouse-style bunk bed and private bathroom create a flexible sleeping space for adults, older children, or a small family. The room combines cozy cabin character with a nostalgia 90s-bedroom design. Tucked away in this room, find a fun hide-away space for the little kids to relax or play.

• Game Room: Packed with entertainment for kids and adults, including an NBA Jam arcade, Nintendo Switch loaded with nostalgic Nintendo 64 games, shuffleboard, board games, wall games, and colorful lighting. Private bathroom with optional queen-size sleeper sofa.

• Outdoor Patio: The private patio features a hot tub, barrel sauna, and space to relax outdoors. After a full day at the lake or theme parks, this is where the group can slow down and recharge.

• Laundry Area: An in-home washer and dryer with detergent are available for guest use, making longer stays and family trips easier and more convenient. Pool towels, life vests and pool accessories are available for kids and convenient for parents.

🍦 New Summer Amenity! The Funky Scoop Specialty Coffee & Ice Cream Trailer

Starting Wednesday, June 10, 2026, enjoy a fun new seasonal treat right at the property! The Funky Scoop Trailer will be parked near the clubhouse/pool area, serving specialty coffee and ice cream for guests and owners.

⚠️Community amenities are shared, and availability may change because of weather, maintenance or COA operations.

⛔️Other things to note⛔️

✔ Construction: There is new lodge construction in parts of the community. Guests may occasionally experience daytime construction activity and noise.

✔ Rental agreement: The booking guest must electronically sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. It will be sent to the email address on file.

✔ Damage protection: A $70 non-refundable insurance policy to be purchased OR $1000 off-platform security hold will be scheduled upon booking. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

✔ Travel disruptions: Refunds are not provided for illness, road conditions, weather, natural disasters, utility outages or other events outside the host’s control. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

✔ Report concerns promptly: Cleanliness, maintenance or comfort concerns must be reported during the stay so we have an opportunity to correct them. Issues first reported after checkout will not qualify for a refund.

✔ Check-in and checkout: Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed. Checkout is at 10:00 a.m. Unauthorized late checkout is subject to a $100 fee per hour.

✔ Security cameras: Exterior cameras at the front entrance and driveway record video and audio. There are no indoor cameras or cameras facing private areas. Tampering may result in a $50 maintenance fee and a security visit.

✔ Cleaning and nature: Quilts are washed after every stay. The property receives monthly pest control, but occasional insects may be encountered in this wooded setting. Mosquito repellent is recommended seasonally.

✔ Amenities: We make every effort to keep all listed amenities available, but maintenance, weather or circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect availability.

✔ Stairs: Guests must climb up exterior stairs to the front entrance. Property is a multi-level home that requires the use of stairs.

✔ Hot tub: The hot tub is cleaned between stays and serviced Fridays between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. It may take up to six hours to reach full temperature after servicing. Keep the cover secured when not in use. Standing on the cover may result in a $500 replacement charge.

✔ Sauna: Follow all posted instructions, limit sessions as recommended, keep the door closed and never pour water, oils or other substances on the heater or rocks. Improper use, failure to power off or damage may result in a $250 service fee plus repair or replacement costs.

✔ Use caution: Children must be actively supervised while using the bunk beds, treehouse bed, slide, elevated play loft, basketball hoop, hot tub, sauna, arcade equipment and outdoor amenities.

✔ No parties, events, smoking or unregistered guests are permitted. Community quiet hours and all posted safety instructions must be followed.

🧯SAFETY:

✔ There are two fire extinguishers inside the property, one under the kitchen sink and one in the laundry room in the cabinets above the washer/dryer.

✔ Carbon Monoxide and Smoke Detectors are installed in the Lodge.

✔ No Smoking - any sign of smoke will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

❄️ WINTER DRIVING ⚠️

✔ Road conditions: Color Haus is in the hilly Ozarks. Local roads may be steep, curved, narrow and poorly lit, especially at night. Road conditions are outside the host’s control.

✔ Winter travel: Four-wheel drive and/or tire chains are strongly recommended during snow or icy conditions.

✔ Weather policy: Refunds are not provided for weather, road conditions or discomfort with steep or winding roads. Travel insurance is strongly encouraged.

✔ Road conditions: Before traveling during winter weather, call the Missouri Department of Transportation at 888-ASK-MODOT.

KEEP🚪DOORS AND 🪟WINDOWS CLOSED

✔ It is very critical that you keep all doors and windows closed when you leave. While the cabin is maintained by a professional pest control service, you may still come across these critters during your stay with us. But please do not be alarmed, it's completely normal. You can help minimize your exposure to these bugs (and keep the air-conditioning inside) by keeping all external doors closed.

PERSONAL SUPPLIES

✔ We provide a limited starter supply of essential household items. Guests should bring personal toiletries, preferred condiments and specialty kitchen supplies, including storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil.

MAXIMUM CAPACITY

✔ Color Haus comfortably accommodates up to 15 guests. For each additional guest beyond this limit, there's a daily fee of $100.

✔ Kindly treat this space as a cherished home, not a hotel. While we strive to address any issues promptly, please note there isn't continuous on-site assistance.
